Tradie Stack / Automation · Implementation · Governance

The Privacy Act changed. Your deadline is 10 December 2026.

By then your privacy policy must name every AI and automation tool that touches customer data. A serious breach can end in a court case from your own customer. Run the two-minute check — then scroll down and see what missed calls and admin cost you as well.

Compliance

A data slip used to be a fine. Now your customer can sue you.

Since the 2024 amendments, an Australian can take a business to court directly over a serious invasion of privacy and claim compensation. From 10 December 2026, you must name every AI and automation tool that touches customer data in a written privacy policy.

Client numbers on your personal phone. Job photos sent over WhatsApp. Customer details forwarded to a subbie with no agreement. That is exposure you carry right now, and a template off the internet does not cover it — it never names your tools.

The two-minute check above shows where you stand. A written privacy policy, specific to your business and your tools, is what closes the gaps. There is one further down this page for $297.

$50,000,000

Maximum penalty for a serious or repeated interference with privacy, for a body corporate, under section 13G of the Privacy Act.

The regulator can also issue infringement notices, and individuals can take a business to court directly. A written privacy policy is how you show you took reasonable steps. The money

Compliance is not the only thing bleeding you.

Every week you also lose money to missed calls, reviews you never ask for, and unpaid admin. Put your numbers in and see roughly how much — the assumptions are deliberately conservative.

Book the call — map your leaks

Get the breakdown by email

Your leak figures plus the three automations that close them fastest. No spam.

Leak 01 Missed calls

A missed call is not a lost call. It is a booked job for whoever answers next.

You are on the tools. The phone rings out. That caller does not leave a voicemail — they scroll to the next name on Google and call them instead. The job is gone before you have finished the one in front of you.

The AI voice agent answers every call, qualifies the job, and books it into your calendar. Anything it cannot take gets a text back within 60 seconds.

Leak 02 Reviews

The customers who would give you five stars never get asked.

You finish the job, you move on, you forget. Your Google rating stops growing. The next customer searching your trade finds the business with 40 reviews instead of yours with four.

Every completed job triggers a review request automatically, at the moment the customer is happiest.

Leak 03 Admin hours

Quoting, chasing, invoicing, reminding. Unpaid, every week.

Every hour on admin at night is an hour you did not charge for and did not spend with your family. It is the most expensive time in your week and nobody pays you for it.

The pipeline runs it: quote follow-ups on day 1, 3 and 7; job reminders before every booking; the invoice raised and sent the moment a job is marked done.

The system

Seven automations. One retainer. Live in 48 hours.

Each one closes a specific leak or removes a specific unpaid hour. They run whether you think about them or not.

01 AI Voice Agent Answers every call 24/7. Trained on your services and pricing. Qualifies the job and books it straight into your calendar. Captures leads
02 SMS FrontDesk Back-up text within 60 seconds for anything the voice agent cannot take. No caller leaves without a response. Captures leads
03 Quote Follow-Up A fixed three-touch sequence on day 1, day 3 and day 7 after every quote. You stop chasing. Quotes close while you work. Converts quotes
04 Google Review Requests A review request sent automatically after every completed job. Your rating and your search rank build without you. Builds rank
05 Job Reminders Automatic reminders to the customer 24 hours and 1 hour before every booking. No-shows drop. Your day runs to plan. Saves time
06 Invoice-on-Complete The invoice is raised and sent the moment a job is marked done. A fast, clean invoice makes you look like the organised operator customers want to hire again — and it gets you paid sooner. Connects to Xero, MYOB AccountRight or QuickBooks Online. Saves time
07 After-Hours Auto-Reply Every enquiry that lands after hours gets an instant, professional response so the lead stays warm until morning. Captures leads

Onboarding

Three steps. Then it runs.

Step 1

The 20-minute call

We map your leaks against your actual numbers and agree what Bronze will do for your business.

Step 2

You approve the build

Fixed scope, fixed price. $1,750 setup, $750 a month. No surprises, no scope creep.

Step 3

Core system live in 48 hours

Follow-ups, reminders, reviews, invoicing and after-hours replies switch on within two days.

The AI Voice Agent is configured against your services, pricing and calendar, then switched on in week two. Everything else is running from day two.

The offer

Bronze retainer.

Every automation installed, monitored and maintained. One price. No lock-in.

$750 per month

+ $1,750 one-time setup

Founding rate — the first five clients lock this rate for the life of the account. After that the rate moves.

  • All seven automations, installed and connected
  • AI Voice Agent trained on your services and calendar
  • Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and adjustments
  • A dashboard showing leads caught, quotes closed and reviews earned
  • Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks invoicing connected
  • No lock-in — month to month, 30 days notice

Skip the call. We send a secure payment link and a five-minute intake form. Your automations go live 48 hours after payment.

The 30-day guarantee

If Bronze does not recover its $750 monthly fee in your first 30 days, that month costs you nothing. It is tracked on your dashboard and the credit applies itself. No disputes, no phone calls.

Dip your toes

Not ready for the full stack? Start with one.

Pick the leak that costs you most. One automation, built and monitored the same way as the full stack. $500 to set up, $200 a month.

  • SMS FrontDesk A text back within 60 seconds on every missed call. $500 + $200/mo
  • Quote Follow-Up Day 1, day 3 and day 7 after every quote. Automatic. $500 + $200/mo
  • Google Review Requests A review ask sent after every completed job. $500 + $200/mo
  • Job Reminders Customer reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each booking. $500 + $200/mo
  • Invoice-on-Complete Invoice raised and sent the moment a job is done. Looks professional, gets you paid faster. $500 + $200/mo
  • After-Hours Auto-Reply Instant professional reply to every after-hours enquiry. $500 + $200/mo

Three singles or fewer, this is the way in. Four or more and Bronze is cheaper — $1,750 setup, $750 a month for all seven, and the AI Voice Agent is only in Bronze.

Compliance product

The December 2026 deadline is real. Get the document that covers it.

Privacy Act disclosure rules days remaining

From 10 December 2026, an Australian business must disclose in its privacy policy any automated system that makes or substantially influences a decision about a person. AI quoting, lead scoring and automated scheduling all count.

Most small service businesses have no written privacy policy at all. A generic template downloaded off the internet does not describe your tools, your data, or your subcontractors — so it does not protect you.

Who built this

Deterministic, not clever.

Anh Phan spent 18 years inside anti-money-laundering and financial-crime compliance. She watched auditors take businesses apart when the data was missing, unverified or untracked.

Tradie Stack applies that same standard to your business. The automation does the same thing every time. It does not improvise, it does not get creative, and it leaves a record. That is the point: you want a system that survives an audit without you, not one that surprises you.

“I have seen how far the damage from a breach or a missed obligation travels. Not just the fine. It goes right through the business and the family behind it. I do not want that landing on yours.” Anh Phan — Founder, Tradie Stack · Sydney

Questions

Answered before you book.

Who is this for?

Small Australian service businesses where the owner does the work and also runs everything behind it — one to fifteen people. If phone calls, quotes, reminders, invoices and reviews all land on you, and you are losing money because some of them slip, it is built for you. It is not for businesses that already have an office team handling that.

How does Tradie Stack benefit me?

Four ways:

  1. You stop losing jobs to your competitors, because every call is answered and every quote is chased.
  2. You increase your Google ranking, because a review request goes out after every completed job.
  3. You get your freedom back, because invoicing, reminders and after-hours replies run without you.
  4. And the 30-day guarantee means it pays for itself in the first month or that month is free.
Can I rely on the calculators and the privacy check?

Treat them as a guide, not advice. The leak calculator uses industry averages, and the privacy check is general information. Before you make a financial or legal decision, get advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.

What changed in the Privacy Act, and where can I read it myself?

The Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 introduced a statutory right for individuals to sue directly over a serious invasion of privacy, new tiers of civil penalties, and infringement notices. From 10 December 2026, your privacy policy must disclose automated decision-making that significantly affects people. The maximum penalty for a serious or repeated breach is set out in the OAIC's civil penalties guidance. Every source here is an Office of the Australian Information Commissioner page — the regulator itself.

Tradie Stack is new. Why should I trust it?

Tradie Stack launched in 2026. The compliance discipline behind it is 18 years deep. That is exactly why the guarantee exists: Bronze recovers its monthly fee within 30 days or that month costs you nothing. You carry no risk while it proves itself.

What does it actually connect to?

Your business phone number, your calendar, your Google Business Profile and your accounting software. Invoicing connects to Xero, MYOB AccountRight or QuickBooks Online. You confirm which ones on the call.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You approve the plan on a call. We build and connect everything. You get a short walkthrough and a dashboard. If something needs changing, you send a message, not a support ticket.

How is the AI Voice Agent different from a voicemail or an answering service?

Voicemail loses the caller. A human answering service reads a script and takes a message. The voice agent knows your services and prices, answers the caller’s questions, qualifies the job and puts a real booking in your calendar — at 2pm or 2am.

Is my customer data safe?

Data is held in business-grade systems, not on a personal phone or a loose spreadsheet. The setup is documented so you can show a regulator or a customer how their information is handled. This is the part Tradie Stack was built around.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Bronze is month to month. Give 30 days notice and the automations are handed back or switched off. No exit fee, no argument.

What is not included?

Bronze does not run your paid advertising, write your website, or manage your socials. It captures and converts the leads you already generate and removes the admin behind them. If you need more later, that is a separate conversation.

Why does a privacy policy cost $297 when I can download one free?

A free template describes a business that is not yours. It does not name your tools, your data flows or your subcontractors, so it does not show that you handled the December 2026 automated-decision rules. The $297 policy is written to your business and delivered in 48 hours.
